The NGPA will host a one-day seminar on February 19, 2025, at the Radisson Hotel in Plovdiv. The event’s theme is “Agriculture Reloaded: The Secrets of Regenerative Practices.”

The seminar will commence at 10:00 AM with two of the most prominent figures in the fields of microbiology, biotechnology, and agriculture.

Dr. Audrius Gegekas is a lecturer in microbiology and biotechnology at Vilnius University in Lithuania (VU LSC). He has been recognized as one of the world’s leading microbiologists. He serves on the joint committee for the bachelor’s and master’s programs in microbiology and biotechnology, on the Board of the Lithuanian Society of Microbiology, and on the Lithuanian Society of Biochemists. He lectures around the world and is a distinguished guest at international congresses hosted by the FAO and the UN on topics such as food security and feeding the global population.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The other speaker is Prof. Vitautash Lijakas-Vito, a lecturer at the Agricultural Academy of Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) in Lithuania. He is an expert in soil fertility as well as in plant biology and physiology, and he is a renowned practitioner and world leader in translating scientific discoveries into practice.
